Natural stone is delivered to you via a courier company. From the moment the goods are dispatched, the courier works with you directly. You will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier details to make contact easier. Delivery time is 5 to 10 business days for in-stock materials, without the possibility of specifying an exact delivery date. Shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order. The exact cost is shown when placing the order. Please allow time to receive the shipment after you get the dispatch notification. Deliveries are made by vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. If access to the delivery location does not allow such a vehicle, the goods can be redirected to another address accessible to a large vehicle, or you can collect the goods yourself from the nearest carrier depot. Redirection costs 100% of the delivery charge. Please take the above into account when planning delivery to ensure smooth and timely receipt of your order.
